My mother in Christ Theresa Wormdrof
and a F.O.M.(Friend of the Ministry) From World Outreach Ministries pastor by Rob Erving in Wellston, Ohio wrote me a letter this month. It touched me so much that I wanted to share it with all of you.
Peace and Love That is His Promise
Then Mary took about a pint of pure nard, an expensive perfume;
she poured it on Jesus' feet and wiped his feet with her hair.
And the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.
~John 12:3
Only what we do for Christ will Last!!!!
She begins:
I want to share a few things with you that you might be able to use as God sees fit.
1. I sometimes get selfish and want to see the rapture come soon. I get tired like everyone does about trails of this life and want that peace and love that is his promise. But…I had a nightmare this week. The
first glimpse of the dream was great. I saw the splitting of the eastern sky and I headed that way...I looked back and saw people turning away and thought "oh no". Then I saw what seemed to be only 5 headed home and
20 head away I woke up and realized that 1/4 - 3/4 ratio was way more then I realized. I know we all have a lot to do and I do feel that the time could be soon. God only knows, but I know I cannot just think of what
I want but what he wants. We must gather his church in. Please pray for Von and me and your brothers (through his intervention) to bring more people to him.
2. I read a thought of T.D. Jakes book that talked
of the church as a hospital and that this is where the sick must gather. I thought of the sins of Rnmon, Gossip, greed and sins of the body and against the body and how people consider these as little sins. All sin
hurts God. But I thought of how if a person doesn't fix these sins, they cause an infection in the soul that eventually can become septic to the whole body and destroy the temple of God. So if People go to church to
get their needed doses of scripture (or antibiotics) that they keep control of this disease called sin. If they don't it can be fatal and even worse, they may infect others.
3. As Von read the old scripture of
Jesus feeding the 500 it hit me that Jesus fed all who would listen and then told his apostles to gather the Broken Bread and pieces which was 12 baskets. I felt that the 12 baskets of broken was the 12 tribes of
Jews which he promised to come back for. So again we must pray hard and realize that he will feed and save all who really want a relationship with him.
Theresa, thank you so much for you words of thought knowledge and wisdom. May God keep blessing you and your family and may this letter touch the hearts and minds of those who don't know Christ or who question their
relationship with Him. If you need help please visit our website or call our church at 1-888-383-4321.
May God Richly Bless You and Yours Always,
