be an official satellite branch of Crossroads Bible College and Theological Seminary right here in our Central Ohio community. Halleluiah! If you feel the call of the Lord upon your life, you will be
thoroughly blessed and enriched by the upcoming classes and programs that are to come. More information to follow soon, so stay tuned to our site for more updates on this exciting development!

brave and faithful servants of our children in your prayers as they continue to work to make this world a better place for all of God's children to be. We thank the Lord for you! Taking the News on the Road We are now mailing out CrossNews Newsletters by regular mail
to those who would like to receive the news that way. We want you to receive a fresh anointing from God's Word and get the great news of what God is doing here at the Church each and every month, so if you don't have a computer, or you if you have a friend who doesn't have a computer and you think they would like to receive this uplifting and inspirational Good News of The Lord each month, please let us know by
writing or e-mailing
us the appropriate information and we'll be happy to get a hardcopy out. We will be traveling to two different churches on the weekend of October 27th & 28th with the
outreach ministry of Country Hands. We will be taking along with us the outreach ministry of Divine Daughters of Destiny, as well as some of the congregation of CrossroadsWCCC. It will be an exciting time
for these children of the inner-city to visit nature at its best. We will be visiting Hillside Chapel
in Jackson, Ohio with Pastor Jim Mullet, and in the evening we will be at World Outreach Ministries Church in Wellston, Ohio with Pastor Rob Ervin and his congregation. Pray that the Lord guide our steps
as a church and the steps of the leaders of these youth ministries that are so needed to show the right path to our sons and daughters in the world of today. Parenting Pathways will be traveling
down to Cincinnati, Ohio on October 24th
from 10:30a.m. to 1:30p.m. to speak at a conference with the groups SquareOne and the Buckeye Ranch. We will be working with them to help structure a panel of foster parents and primary parents to disuses issues that hinder the process of bringing families back together after a period of trouble or crisis.
Building Fund Blessings
We're almost there, but we need your help! We are still at hard work raising the funds to move into the new facility
and we can't do this with out you! In order to get the real estate deal on the facility to completion, we are required to provide proof that we have a few more partners making the commitment for regular contributions. God has been opening doors and moving amazingly quickly in these past few months, our congregation outgrowing our current facility, bringing new and vital outreach ministries under the church's fold, as well as an upcoming Bible College and much more.
Please consider partnering with us or donating to the building fund
to further God's plan for the larger facility that we are in need of to house our growing congregation and our many outreaches that have been providing such hope and positive effects on our community through faith and God's Grace for quite some time already under very limited space and funding. You will surely be blessed for it, and will help God bless those who stand in need in our Central Ohio community and far beyond. According to His will and plan, we are faithful that His promised blessings WILL be fulfilled!
Blessed with Another Year! We here at Crossroads World
Christian Center Church would like to wish very Happy Birthdays and many glorious blessings to come to the following beautiful souls:-Isaiah Pariseau
of Columbus, OH (son of Pastor Cory Pariseau), who will be turning 12yrs old. -Leanne Washington of Detroit, MI whose birthday is October 9th.
May the Lord guide and bless you on your path to Him! A Word from the Pastor
This month's Word from the Pastor was written by a congregation member who prefers to remain anonymous in order to give the glory to God
for the word He has graciously allowed her to receive. Please read and meditate on this message and be filled with His spirit through the renewing of your mind!May God Richly Bless You and Yours Always,
Pastor Cory P. Pariseau Crossroads World Christian Center Church ~~~~~~~
Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom. ~Luke 12:32 (KJV) Fear not
– a command. Fear, as Jesus tells us many times, is our detriment, our Hell right here, right now. True faith is the absence of fear. Little flock
– an awesome expression of endearment. If one of us strays, He is anxious to return us to the fold of His protection. Like a sheep is blameless because it knows no better than to stray, God knows that we will stray and still prods and pokes us until we meet the ultimate goal of returning to the safety and love of the flock.
For it is your Father's – "Your Father's"!!
He looks out after and guards over us like a loving parent would. He is my parent and yours, too and cares for us as such. Like the prodigal son, there's nothing we could do that would ever stand up to the test of actually
deserving His grace, mercy and love, but He gives it, always. Good pleasure
– Good = "Having the qualities that are desirable or distinguishing in a particular thing." Pleasure = "The state or feeling of being pleased or gratified." It pleases and
gratifies God to give us the things that He, as a loving parent, deems desirable and good to us and for us. To give you the kingdom – Halleluiah!
Heaven is a state of the Spirit, a joining in love with God that bonds us as one eternally with Him even when we don't know we are bonded. Just as an unruly child does not often recognize – and often
tries to break - the bonds of love & protection of his or her earthly parents, we too do this with God. But as any good parent would, He continually guides us toward achieving conscious recognition of
this bond, because it is good and healthy for our growth for us to recognize that His love is always there, unconditional to a point which we've never known in any other sense. He forgives us for
everything. Forgive yourself and do better from now on – recognize and rejoice in the kingdom inside which is ours! Christ came and died for us to lead us to God, to give us an example of the ultimate
sacrifice of God's love for us and how we are to show the same to God and all others. Like any good parent, God forgives us and wants what's best for us in that we move forward in a positive, healthy manner
so that our oneness with Him and all who He created can be achieved. To serve our fellow man is to serve and glorify God, which is why we're here. If you're looking for the meaning of
life, this is it! Although we don't deserve it, this is a clear
statement direct from Jesus' lips to our hearts if only we can hear it…God's love for us is always here and He wants us to be happy and will try to make us so by giving us His gifts whether we are deserving or not! As Jesus says, those who have ears to hear let them hear! We are human and weary and lacking, but
it is our Father's good pleasure to give us the kingdom! At our lowest times when we cry out He is there. Like a good parent, He gives us this unconditional love and peace whether
we are deserving or whether we recognize it or not and at the times when we least expect it. He (or someone else via His plan) soothes, calms or nurses us through our troubles, so that time after time, we
still, amazingly, come through. Sometimes it takes breaking us down to get us to see it, but we do, definitely, come out on the other side when we think there's no possible way we can. With God ALL things are possible! So…fear not little flock! |
