Sometimes it feels as if the whole world's working against us! Of course, this is not true, it's simply a pattern of belief we allow
ourselves to fall into. It's easy to change those thought patterns by meditating on the Psalms. Psalms 57 is particularly good
in this situation. Try meditating on this Psalm every day for an entire week and notice how your focus in this area changes for the positive.
Remember, God's always a refuge and strength if you allow Him to be using the free will He gave you!

...Have mercy on me, O God, have mercy on me, for in you my soul takes refuge. I will take refuge in the shadow of your wings until the disaster has passed.
I cry out to God Most High, to God, who fulfills {his purpose} for me.

Lord, help me today to remember that you are my shelter and my strength. Without you, I can do nothing. Make me strong and steadfast in working to fulfill your plan for my life. Amen!
