Dear Friends,Praise the Lord everybody, for we have made it to the year of 2009, the Year of
Completion. We had such a wonderful time bringing in the New Year with Pastor S.V. Wood and Greater Praise Temple M.B.C. The house was packed with praise
and worship as we said goodbye 2008 and hello 2009! I want to thank everyone who came out and made it such a joy and success, including the women of
Greater Praise Temple for a wonderful breakfast. What a blessing, and it sure did hit the spot! I am so excited to come to you in this New Year! Though things may seem to be
hard at times, know that God is still there for you. This year, God wants to complete and restore to health the situations in your life that are now incomplete,
painful or somehow lacking. No matter what it is that you need, it will be a complete restoration if you put your faith in Him.
Whether it be your finances, your health, your relationships, or something else that is troubling you, God is going to complete it in 2009.
We need YOUR prayers for some answered prayers...
 Church Transportation
We've been praying for a small bus or van for transportation for the church and its many outreach ministries. Praise God, we've had a couple who've said they might be able to donate
one for us. We went and saw it was very nice please be praying that they well still bless crossroads with the bus.
 Speak Life TV Ministry
We are still working very hard on the Speak Life TV outreach ministry. We are moving forward in faith in the
early steps of getting it off the ground preparing some TV spots that you can watch here. Please keep praying as we go forward in touching lives for Christ through this venue. The
website will be up soon at www.SpeakLifeTV.org, where you'll be able to stay updated on the progress of this wonderful new outreach for God.Step of Faith
We are stepping out on faith in believing in what God has placed in my spirit for the 2009 mandate for Crossroads World
Christian Center Church. Last year God gave us this land and building to occupy for 2008, and it's been such a blessing being here. In 2009, he is asking us to posses the land as our own,
no more renting or leasing, but to buy it outright. It will take a bold step of faith to set this in motion. It can be done, but we cannot do this without your help.
Please pray with us in agreement for the purchase of the church and land in order for Crossroads World Christian Center Church and our many
community and ministry based outreaches to have a permanent home, and if you will, please consider supporting us monthly, or giving a one time or 'as you can' financial donations. We also have other ways you can help that don't require money, like
using GoodSearch to search for things on the web. Every time you search, it earns a few cents for CrosroadsWCC. You can

A Word from the Pastor
Journey of FaithBut without Faith it is impossible to please him; for he that cometh to God must believe that he is and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
~Hebrews 11:6
God is doing a mighty work here at Crossroads World Christian Center Church! From the time he
called me to ministry in 2004 we have been stepping out on faith, not knowing where it was going to take us, only knowing that if we have the faith, God will do the work, as quoted from
one of Mike Murdock's books, "God never responds to your need; he only responds to your faith."
Our faith has taken us from the small internet site to 4 major ministries sites that get hundreds of visits every day from all over
the world. We started with a small prayer room, a closet in my home which I still use today as a prayer closet, praying for those
in need, and now are blessed to meet people from all over the United States and Canada that call in their prayer needs on
our 1-800 line to receive God's good news, prayer, spiritual support and guidance.  A very big blessing was our move from the school to the building in the back of my
house. To most, it may not seem like a blessing, but for me and for Crossroads, it was a real turning point for claiming our part and responsibility for God's work. I did not want
to do it, but after receiving God's clear direction for me to do so, the next morning at 6:00a.m. I found myself out there cleaning out the garage and selling everything I
had to turn it into a sanctuary, a house of honor and worship for the Lord. For almost a full year we praised and worshiped and helped kids and families in that little building
we converted for God's purpose.
As we grew, we set our faith on a bigger building to meet the needs of helping more people. The bible says in 2 Corinthians 5:7,
"For we walk by faith not by sight," and we moved forward believing that completely. Because we did not know where the
funds were going to come from or what building we would be at, we stepped out on faith, knowing that God would show us the path in 2008.
We moved into the beautiful building that we have today all on faith. I'm not saying it has not been a struggle. The bills are
hard to keep up with and Satan tests us always, delivering trials and what seem to be obstacles; but in setting our faith that
God will provide, we have overcome the challenges and been blessed to see the proof that it works: the amazing and good
fruits that our labors produce when our hearts and faith are towards God, and when we move forward in spite of what initially appear to be obstacles.
But the word is very near you, in your mouth and in your heart, that you may do it. See, I have set before you today
life and death, good and evil, in that I command you today to love the LORD your God, to walk in His ways, and to
keep His commandments, His statutes, and His judgments, that you may live and multiply; and the LORD your God will bless you in the land which you go to possess. ~Deuteronomy 30:11-16 NKJV
As we set out on faith into 2009 to posses the land, where once this is all paid for part of the financial burdens of being in full ministry will
be a little easier, it sets the stage for God to complete this Phaze 3 goal of our building plan, and we will be able to help so many more
people than we even do now, instead of worrying about the rent, as we have to now. God says this in his word, Mark 11:24: "What things
so ever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and you shall have them." We do believe Lord, we do believe. We're so grateful and excited to do more!
Everything we do here at Crossroads WCC is on faith, knowing that only God is in control, as we have from the humble beginnings of this church
. I ask you to set your faith with me, in the gain of the possession of this land and building debt free in 2009.
Your prayer and support will, as always, be needed and appreciated along this road to helping those who are at a
crossroads in their lives and need God's mercy, love and grace, which we are blessed to know ourselves. May God Richly Bless You and Yours Always,

CrossKIDZ Bible Study
Thursdays at 6:30p.m.
Please join us for CrossKIDZ Bible study on Thursdays. We'll have a lesson, prayer, snacks and a great time studying the Word
together! We'll also organize and work on community projects from time to time that are focused on loving and helping others in our community, as Jesus loves and helps us.
One Step Ministry
Fridays at 6:00p.m.
The mission of One Step Ministry is to bring the lost, to come to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We believe
that you gain freedom from addictions when you place your dependency on God, and that only by accepting Jesus Christ  as your personal Lord and Savior can you receive forgiveness, true deliverance, and eternal life with God. All are welcome, come celebrate recovery with us!
Parenting Pathways
Wednesdays at 11:30a.m.
Parenting Pathways Group Meetings are now being held regularly. If you've been involved with the Childrens Services
system or would like to become an active part in this ministry that God has anointed, please come and join us for refreshments and a time for support, healing and guidance. We'd love to have you!
Financial Peace University
We will be hosting Financial Peace University here at Crossroads World Christian Center church starting in February, time to be
posted at a later date. Please check the website or call the church for the upcoming details. Pastor Sean Warren from
Indianola Church of Christ, who was our guest speaker on December 7th that delivered such a powerful message, will be the instructor.
